Stock Status/Processing

All items for sale on our website our in-stock, ready to ship. Our estimated processing time for an order is 1-2 business days.

Shipping Carriers

Any item that is eligible for shipment via common carrier, will be shipped via FedEx or UPS with tracking. All items that are too large/heavy, must ship via LTL freight carriers. Any item that must ship via freight carrier will be indicated as such on the product page, and will be reflected in your shipping options at checkout. For all common carrier shipments that are eligible, an overnight option will be made available for an additional cost. We can only ship to US and Canadian Addresses – no POs or APOs can be accepted.

All tracking information will be available through your the My Orders page on our website. You will additionally receive an email once your item has shipped with this information.

Customers with an order being delivered by freight carrier will be contacted by the carrier to setup a delivery appointment.

Damage During Delivery

If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, do not accept the package. If the carrier has left the package at your door, please contact them immediately to have it returned. We cannot be held responsible for damages incurred during the shipping process, but will gladly work with you to get the issue resolved.
